The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home - from helping me find my lost car keys to providing impeccable ironing facilities for my concert attire. I was delighted to discover tea and coffee facilities in my room, allowing me to relax on the beautiful terrace while enjoying a hot beverage. the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful sanctuary, allowing me to rest and prepare for my performances undisturbed. the garden furniture on the terrace was a lovely touch, offering a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the views. the flat-screen TV in the room allowed me to unwind with some music after a long day of exploring the vibrant city. Overall, Palais-Riad Razala & Spa truly stands out for its exceptional attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. It's a place where every aspect of your stay is thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and serene retreat in the heart of Marrakech.
